The America’s Got Talent Season 12 champion returned to the AGT stage during the 2020 finale of AGT: The Champions, once again leaving everyone mesmerized. Using her signature ventriloquism act, Lynne delivered a breathtaking rendition of the iconic Italian opera piece—all while keeping her lips firmly sealed.
“Oh my carrots! Look at all these people! Can you hear me?” exclaimed Petunia, Lynne’s “lucky charm” puppet, before creating an impressive echoing effect.
“That’s incredible,” Judge Simon Cowell remarked as Lynne and Petunia began their angelic performance, flawlessly hitting every operatic note. The act earned a standing ovation from all four judges, with Cowell declaring it Lynne’s best-ever AGT performance. “Singing opera is difficult enough at your age, but doing it through a rabbit? That’s extraordinary,” he said.
Mel B praised Lynne’s dedication and confidence, calling her self-taught talent “remarkable,” while Howie Mandel marveled at her ability to keep surprising audiences even after a full AGT season.
Fast-forward to 2024, Lynne demonstrated her versatility once more on the debut season of America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League. Initially, she impressed with a show-stopping rendition of “I’ve Got the Music in Me” by the Kiki Dee Band. However, her decision to step away from ventriloquism and focus solely on singing drew mixed reactions from the judges.
For her second performance, Lynne left her puppets behind and poured her heart into an original song, “Push Our Luck.” Despite the risk, Lynne was determined to chart her own path. “This is something I feel I need to do,” she told Judge Heidi Klum, who acknowledged the heightened pressure of competing as a solo singer.
Though she didn’t advance, Lynne left a lasting impression, proving her creative depth and fearlessness in pursuing new artistic challenges.
