life has been like since winning in June this year \u2013 and her plans for the future.<\/p>\n<p>Sydnie Christmas, 29, stole hearts during her appearance on Britain\u2019s Got Talent \u2013 ultimately winning the popular talent show.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.kentlive.news\/news\/kent-news\/article9545458.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615\/0_alamy-photo-of-sydnie-christmas-at-a-photocall-at-the-aldwych-theatre-in-london-to-announce-her-uk-tour-see-pa-feature.jpg\" alt=\"Kent winner Sydnie Christmas talks about life after Britain's Got Talent  ahead of debut album release - Kent Live\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"7I1t9jDt\"><\/div>\n<p>The singer from Kent has since been busy producing her first album ahead of a tour in February 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to MM, Christmas addressed her fans directly: \u201cI want people to get to know the person you voted for, and give back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her newest album \u2018My Way\u2019 was released and Christmas describes it as an introduction to her personality, taking inspiration from artists such as Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sydnie Christmas - My Way (Official Music Video)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/E4jltz-EYpc?list=OLAK5uy_mAtw_0EXxKDRpmd6rvcCN9BiLHOs1wRFU\" width=\"790\" height=\"444\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-origwidth=\"790\" data-origheight=\"444\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The whole album was put together in less than a month.<\/p>\n<p>Christmas said: \u201cI\u2019m really proud, especially in doing it in three weeks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would love to go through it again with more time for sure \u2013 and to write originals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even though the golden buzzer contestant said she has written over 100 songs, this debut album features only covers \u2013 so we can expect her second album to feature some of her own music.<\/p>\n<p>Christmas also has her sights set on musical theatre: next year, she hopes to be in a West End musical.<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cI just want to sing to work.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first female
