Released off of his 2016 album\u00a0American Prodigal,\u00a0<\/em>\u201dAll My Hope\u201d reached the number 3 position on the US\u00a0Billboard\u00a0<\/em>Christian Songs Chart.<\/p>\n

In 2017, Crowder explained the\u00a0meaning behind the lyrics.\u00a0\u201cThere\u2019s not a single one of us that can\u2019t identify with and understand what it feels like to be shackled & bound to something. We know we\u2019re not living in the freedom that we\u2019ve been given through Christ. This song it\u2019s so hopeful because our hope is in something as grand as the salvific action of the one and only son of God. I got to see a physical manifestation of what that looks like to find physical freedom and that\u2019s what I want for my interior and that\u2019s what this song is all about.
