The jacket was worn over a white top, and the pants were topped with a white belt. The outfit was complete with bright white boots and David Yurman jewelry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watch his performance below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Benson Boone - Mystical Magical (Live at the 2025 American Music Awards)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/01aXqUOYnDM?feature=oembed\" width=\"790\" height=\"444\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-origwidth=\"790\" data-origheight=\"444\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Boone is up for five awards \u2014 including New Artist of the Year, Favorite Male Pop Artist, as well as Song of the Year, Favorite Music Video and Favorite Pop Song for his hit \u201cBeautiful Things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The star\u2019s AMA nominations are part of his breakout year. After releasing \u201cBeautiful Things\u201d in January 2024, Boone released his debut album Rollerblades &amp; Fireworks that April. The album\u2019s success propelled Boone to new heights, including a Grammy nomination and a slate of high-level performances. He opened for Taylor Swift during the Eras Tour in London last June and performed at Coachella in April.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Benson-Boone-ama-show-2025-billboard-1548.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Benson Boone Performs 'Mystical Magical' at the 2025 AMAs\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Boone is one of six performers across a variety of genres to perform at the show. Also gracing the AMAs stage are Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Gloria Estefan, Lainey Wilson and Rene\u00e9 Rapp.<\/p>\n<p>Boone has quickly made a name for himself with his distinctive personal style. For his performance at the Grammys, where he was nominated for best new artist, Heidi Klum and Nikki Glaser ripped off his suit to reveal a sparkly ab-baring jumpsuit. The look was so noteworthy that Mark Zuckerberg borrowed the jumpsuit to surprise his wife, Priscilla Chan, with his own \u201cBeautiful Things\u201d performance at her 40th birthday party.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Shaboozey-Benson-Boone-ama-show-2025-billboard-1548.jpg?w=800\" alt=\"2025 American Music Awards: Best Photos\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zuckerberg also referenced another viral moment in Boone\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p>During his medley, Boone pulled on the crotch of his skin-tight costume. He later quipped on Instagram, \u201cSorry for adjusting my jumpsuit so aggressively on stage tonight that thing was aggressively restricting in certain areas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zuckerberg seemed to agree. Alongside a video of him in costume, he joked, \u201cOk I get it \u2026 it\u2019s pretty snug.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s.yimg.com\/ny\/api\/res\/1.2\/3I8pXp4Vb5t_5XFKblmy9g--\/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTEyNDI7aD05MzI-\/https:\/\/media.zenfs.com\/en\/business_insider_articles_888\/a8e250def5b672cee037db5f87e12e7b\" alt=\"Mark Zuckerberg copied Benson Boone's Grammys look, right down to the  sparkly blue jumpsuit\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But the awards show isn\u2019t just serving up great looks and performances. Since the show takes place on Memorial Day, the AMAs teamed up with the Easy Day Foundation, a Las Vegas-based nonprofit that helps veterans transition to civilian life, \u201cto present several special in-show moments that celebrate Veterans while raising funds for a variety of national and local organizations,\u201d according to a press release.<\/p>\n<p>This will include two performances and the \u201cpresentation of a special award honoring a marquee talent who uses their platform to make meaningful contributions to the veteran community.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benson Boone was red hot at the 2025 American Music Awards.
